About Me
Hi, I am Emmelia Potts...
...a female endurance coach helping busy women train for ultras, endurance races, hybrid events and big personal challenges without sacrificing their careers, families or lives in the process.
My coaching combines endurance training, mindset, accountability, fuelling, race preparation and practical real-world experience to help women build confidence and achieve ambitious goals sustainably.
I specialise in supporting women who want more than just a training plan, whether that’s completing a first ultra marathon, preparing for an Ironman, tackling an adventure challenge or building a stronger, more resilient version of themselves.

My Coaching Philosophy
I believe endurance training should enhance your life, not consume it.
Too many women are given generic training plans that ignore careers, family responsibilities, recovery, stress levels and the mental side of endurance performance.
My approach is holistic, practical and sustainable. I coach the whole person, not just the athlete.
That means supporting clients with:
-
Personalised endurance training tailored around real life
-
Accountability and mindset support
-
Fuelling and recovery guidance
-
Race strategy and event preparation
-
Confidence-building and resilience
-
Sustainable performance without burnout
I work best with women who want structure, support and expert guidance without becoming consumed by “all or nothing” endurance culture.
